Our Mission

Our mission is to offer a unique and meaningful early education that promotes a life-long love of learning and fosters individuals that are confident, creative, inquisitive, resilient and caring inside and outside the classroom.

Who We Are

Harrison Presbyterian Preschool has served the children and families of the community for over 50 years. We are a small school serving on average, 50 students ages 2, 3, 4 and 5. Located at the Harrison Presbyterian Church, we have beautiful daylight classrooms, indoor play spaces, and an outdoor playground.

Our open and cozy classrooms are designed to facilitate intimate 1-on-1 interaction as well as small group dynamics, and to support imaginative play, learning and the creative process. Our nurturing and loving staff create a magical, personal, organic and creative environment that is always evolving as the children grow and learn.

We offer two, three, and five day classes, as well as the possibility of lengthening your child’s day through our extended afternoon program.

To prepare our students for elementary school, we integrate goals from the New York State common core curriculum. We have learning goals for each age group.
